I am a hardworking and dedicated IT enthusiast with practical knowledge of software programs and hardware systems. I am committed to solving complex problems and never give up until I find a solution. In 2019, I gained valuable experience in testing and software quality control through a Quality Assurance workshop hosted by Testology in Aldershot. I hold a BTEC Level 3 90-credit Diploma in Creative Media Production (Games Development) and I'm currently in my second year studying towards a BSc (Honours) Computing and IT (Software) with The Open University. My educational background and passion for IT make me a valuable candidate for any role in the industry.
